Cathy Hill, PT, Owner
Cathy Hill, PT, Owner graduated from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor's of Science in Physical Therapy. She has worked in various outpatient settings in Toronto, Rochester, and Connecticut before opening Physical Therapy Services of Rochester in 1993. She has extensive experience in orthopedic physical therapy with a particular interest in spine.
Cathy is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and participates in the Private Practice, Orthopedic, and Sports Sections. She has served on the Reimbursement Committee of the NYAPTA NYAIPT, and is past president of the Rochester Physical Therapy Alliance of Upstate New York. |

Jenni Tuller, PT, MS, Certified MDT
Jenni Tuller, PT, MS, Certified MDT earned her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy at Ithaca College in 2000. The first years she practiced were spent at Thompson Health in Canandaigua, NY. She has trained extensively in the Duffy-Rath and the McKenzie treatment methods for spine and extremities. She has also trained in vestibular rehabilitation, including Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), hypo-functioning, cervicogenic dizziness, and cervical stabilization. Recently, she has devoted a significant time in her practice and studies to treatment of migraines and cervical headaches. Jenni feels that the best results come from focused treatment including manual therapy, joint mobility, soft tissue mobilization, and patient participation with home exercises programs and education.

Valerie Pantanelli, PT, MS, Certified MDT, CSCS
Valerie Pantanelli, PT, MS, Cert. MDT, CSCS graduated from University of Connecticut. She practiced in Bethesda, Maryland before moving to Rochester in 2007. Valerie is a member of the APTA and the McKenzie Institute. She has trained extensively in the McKenzie method and became certified in October 2008. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (issued by the NSCA)and participated in continuing education courses on the principles of Gary Gray's applied functional science. She has also spent time in Crete, Greece assisting physiotherapists in the intensive care unit, and worked in rural Jamaica as a community volunteer providing physical therapy to underprivileged children with disabilities. Valerie believes that the best treatment is administered through a therapeutic alliance with her patients being active participants in their care.

Micah Sugarman, PT, DC
Micah Sugarman, PT, DC graduated from University at Buffalo with a Bachelor's of Science in Physical Therapy in 2002. He then pursued his Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College, graduating in 2006. Micah feels as a physical therapist he should educate patients to give them tools to help themselves and prevent future injury. He has worked extensively with work-related injuries, training companies on education and prevention. He has participated in various community service projects to educate the public on health and wellness of the spine. Micah utilizes his knowledge in both physical therapy and chiropractics to provide excellent patient care. |

Elisabeth (Lisa) Maves, Administrator
Elisabeth (Lisa) Maves, Administrator came to Rochester in 1970 from Downstate. She has over 30 years in clinical office management and operations. Having been with Physical Therapy Services of Rochester since its inception, Lisa has developed a very patient friendly clerical staff for the practice. She is extensively experienced with the ever changing and challenging medical insurance practices, while coordinating the clinical scheduling and maintaining the patient and referral bases. |
